Doors Auto supplies and installs gate automation, rolling shutters, sectional doors and access control across Oman. We hold the stock, we specify it, we fit it, and we service it afterwards.

We are a shop, not an office
Almost every gate automation company in Oman is an office. You call, somebody visits, a price arrives by email, and the equipment comes from somewhere you never see.
We have a counter. You can walk into Shop No 176 in Al Khuwair with a broken photocell in your hand, and somebody who has fitted a hundred of them will look at it. The stock is on the shelf behind us, which is why most repairs take one visit rather than a wait on an order from Italy.
That is not nostalgia for a shopfront. It is the reason we can answer in a minute a question that would otherwise take three emails and a week.
How we work
Six positions, all of which cost us money in the short term and win us customers in the long one.
01We publish our prices
Every product on this site carries its price in Omani rial. [ INSTALLATION PRICES GO HERE. Send me your figures for sliding, swing, barrier and repair labour and I will write this paragraph. ] Vague pricing lets a figure move to fit the customer. Ours does not move.
02We specify from the gate, not the budget
The operator is chosen from the leaf weight, the opening width and how many times a day it will cycle. If the right answer costs more than you hoped, we say so. If a cheaper unit genuinely suits your gate, we say that too, and we have talked plenty of people down from a motor they did not need.
03We size for Oman, not for Europe
A control board in a sealed casing in direct sun at 48 degrees is not the machine the manufacturer tested in Italy. Blown sand in a track loads a motor in a way no European installer has to think about. So we specify with real headroom over the gate weight as standard, never as an upgrade.
04Our own engineers, never a subcontractor
The people who survey your gate are the people who fit it, and the people who come back if something needs attention. Nothing is passed to a third party, so nothing gets lost between companies.
05We say no
We will not fit a stronger motor to a worn gate to mask the real problem, because it hides the fault for a few months and then destroys the new motor as well. We will tell you when a ten year old operator is not worth repairing, even though the repair is the sale in front of us.
06One company from quotation to warranty
Because we supply and we fit, there is no argument about whether a fault is the product or the installation. It is ours either way. That is the whole reason both halves of the business exist under one name.

Worth stating plainly, because a company that claims everything is usually good at nothing.

There are good companies in Muscat doing all of those and we are happy to say so. We do gates, doors, shutters and the access control that opens them. Nothing else has ever been added to the list, and that is deliberate.
What we carry
Genuine stock through proper channels, with the manufacturer warranty intact. We also repair brands we do not sell, because a broken gate is a broken gate.

Boards, photocells, beacons, remotes, rollers, rack, springs and readers are held in Al Khuwair. That spare parts shelf is the part most suppliers in Oman do not have, and it is the difference between a repair this week and a repair next month.
Where we work
Muscat is home and most of our work is here. We deliver to all eleven governorates and we install anywhere in the country, with travel agreed in the quotation rather than added afterwards.
Our engineers regularly work in Muscat, Sohar, Nizwa, Sur, Salalah and Duqm.
