The BK 1200 kg listing gives both 1000 kg and 1200 kg for the leaf. We treat 1000 kg as the safe limit until CAME confirms.
24 V and 36 V CAME motors: what changes on site
The BXV motors run at 24 V and the BKV motors at 36 V, both fed from a 230 V mains supply through the control board. A low voltage motor is quieter on the supply and suits a gate that moves often. The listings give the power, the thrust and the speed for the BXV and some BKV motors, so you can compare them directly.
The BX and BK listings publish less. For those we confirm the figures with CAME before we quote, and we do not copy values across models.
Nylon or steel rack for a CAME sliding gate motor
The kits ship nylon racks, usually four lengths of about a metre or a 4 metre set. The rack must run along the full length of the leaf, so a longer gate needs more, joined in line. The rack and the pinion must share a module, or they will not mesh.
Nylon rack is usually rated for lighter gates than steel. A gate near the weight limit of its motor usually needs steel, so we confirm the module and the rating, and we quote steel where it is needed.

The CAME BKS22TLS and the CAME BY-3500T are listed as three phase motors. A three phase supply has three live conductors, which most houses do not have and many factories, depots and farms do. We confirm the exact voltage with CAME, and your electrician sizes the cable and the protection.
The other motors run from a single phase 230 V mains supply where the listing states one.

CAME remote controls for sliding gate motors
A CAME receiver pairs only with CAME handsets. Somfy, BFT and Nice remotes cannot pair with it, because each brand uses its own coding. The BXV and BKV15 kits use a 433.92 MHz radio card, and the other listings do not state the frequency.
If you already own remotes from another brand, plan to buy CAME handsets with the motor.
Power cuts and CAME sliding gate motors in Oman
Some listings say a motor is set up for operation in a power cut, but none gives battery details, so we do not promise that a gate opens when the power fails. Every motor has a manual release, so you can move the gate by hand. We confirm with CAME whether a battery option exists for your model.
