Description

The BFT Mitto Cool C4 is a four button remote for BFT gates, garage doors and barriers, the four channel sibling of the Cool C2. It runs on 433 MHz with rolling code, once the receiver has memorised it, and it reaches 50 to 100 metres on one CR2032 battery.

The same rule applies here as on every Mitto handset. Four buttons only help if the receiver has four channels to answer them.

BFT Mitto Cool C4 or C2, matching buttons to your receiver

C4 gives four channels, useful for a gate, a pedestrian gate and a garage door from one handset. A control board with a two channel receiver still answers only two buttons, so check the board before assuming all four will work.

BFT Mitto Cool CR2032: the battery shared across the Cool range

Both Cool handsets take a CR2032 coin cell, not the 23A cylindrical battery on the older Mitto B RCB range. Keep the correct spare for the handset you actually hold, since the two batteries do not interchange.

What is the difference between Mitto Cool C4 and C2?

C4 has four channels, C2 has two. Both take the same CR2032 battery. Choose C4 if you want one handset for more than two devices.

Do all four buttons work on my gate?

Only the channels your receiver has. A two channel board answers two buttons, and an extra receiver is needed for the rest. Send us the board model and we will confirm.
