• We check the gate first: wheels, track, top guides and end stops must be sound before any motor goes on a heavy gate.
• We cast a reinforced concrete base, level and in line with the gate, with conduits for power and control cables.
• We fix the motor and a steel rack, with the pinion set just below the rack so the gate weight never rests on the motor.
• We fit photocells, the flashing light and the controls, and the Nice IT4WIFI if ordered.
• We run the learning cycle, set the force and the slowdown, and test every safety device with the gate closing.
