Description

The BFT SHYRA F 800SLDN is the control board for BFT DEIMOS AC A800 sliding gate motors, up to 500W on 230V single phase, with a built in dual channel receiver and two verified safety inputs, including a dedicated 8K2 resistive safety edge.

This is now the third board carrying the SHYRA name on this site, and each one fits a different operator entirely. Confuse them and the replacement board simply will not run the gate it was bought for.

BFT DEIMOS A800 control board: why this one carries a second safety input

A800 is the heaviest standard DEIMOS AC rating on this site, 800 kg, and a heavier gate failing an obstacle check is a bigger hazard than a light one. The second verified safety input on this board, alongside the 8K2 edge, reflects that. We wire and test both under load, the gate actually moving and both inputs triggered by hand, rather than assume the wiring diagram alone covers it.

The second verified input typically covers a photocell pair or a secondary edge, depending on how the site is configured. We confirm which second device your installation actually needs and wire it accordingly, rather than leave one input unused on a gate heavy enough to need both.

No. This board fits DEIMOS AC A800 specifically and carries two verified safety inputs. The plain SHYRA AC fits general DEIMOS AC models with one confirmed input.

What is the difference between this and the barrier SHYRA board?

SHYRA AC BA 230V fits MOOVI parking barriers, a completely different gate type from this sliding gate board.
